First Dentist Visit!

Giacomo had his first visit to the Dentist yesterday. He was amazing! Such a trooper, he let the dentist do everything, clean his teeth, count them, give hime a fluoride treatment, teach him how to brush. I maybe should have taken him last year already, but I had no idea how he'd do, I was a little nervous he wouldn't let them in there! But it didn't matter that we waited so long because his teeth are perfect, not a cavity in sight. When it was over, they gave him a few presents, the quintessential toothbrush - which he thought was a present! little does he know they always give that!, they let him choose a big present out of a basket - he chose foam airplanes, they gave him spiderman stickers AND the dental hygenist turned one of her rubber gloves into a water balloon for him to squish and play with while she was cleaning his teeth, or as Giacomo says "teef", we're working on that!
