The Burbs

since i moved here, i have met dozens of moms and kids - giacomo's age. about 90% have either moved to the burbs or are moving. this town is very transient, and once you have more than one kid - you need more space - and 3 bedrooms are a bit unheard of here.

here we went to visit giacomo's friend amelia, who's just in her new 'burban house about 1 month. she had all her old boyfriends over for a playdate: giacomo, jack, curran, daniel, nathaniel and his baby sisiter madeline. all these kids have known eachother since they were about 3 months old! out of this group of 6, 3 still live in hoboken and the others moved on to other burbs.

in the top shot - 4 out of the 6 girls are pregnant, one already has 2 kids, and one has lots & lots of pressure!
