toddler time at the synagogue

every friday giacomo goes to a toddler class at the hoboken synagogue. i dont know how they cram so many activities into 1 hour and 45 minutes?! they include, but are so not limited to: playdoh, books, songs, easle painting, finger painting, climbing apparatti, art projects, but the best part is the free challah! yes - i love it, as does giacomo, don't doubt that i snag a few extra rips and pulls off the ole loaf for myself.

one particular song they sing is really cute, it's about bunnies sleeping - so in the top shot you see all the kids lying on the ground 'sleeping', but then the bunnies wake up and the kids go berzerk jumping around. giacomo loves that, we do it at home too, it's crazy.

the bottom shot is the kids in the sanctuary singing songs w/ the rabbi. (i'm not really into that so much, but the rabbi is young & plays guitar so thats cool...i guess??)
